664051 - a 'failed to sync' button pops up. Clicking it does attempt a sync but it returns

Particularly when recovering from a 'crash', I get a firefox sync failed to run.

If you click the button, the info bar at the bottom goes away. But returns again.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "Failed to sync button appears. Sync now?"
2. I press "Sync" button.
3. "Failed to sync button appears"

Actual Results:  
Not ever be notified of a sync problem
