These pages already redirect to /firefox/out-of-date/ which was already de-version-ified in Bug 655404.

That said, we shouldn't have these files lying around since they are bypassed by a redirect already.

Removed in trunk in r90610. Merged to stage in r90611.

If you find version numbers on the production site, check out the same page on the trunk-stage site and you can see if we've already removed it: http://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/
