The Mark button in Mail/News seems to have a wierd background to it. It stands
out from the other icons in the set

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Switch to Modern theme
2) Open up Mail/News
3) Click on a Newsgroup
4) Observe that Mark Button has wierd border around it

Actual Results:  Mark button has wierd border around it

Expected Results:  Mark button should look like the others in the Mail/News set
in the Modern theme

The current mark icon is just a placeholder.  The real icon is being worked on.
