66447 - Account Level thread pane title is awkward, "Mail for Mail for"

Overview: The folder pane displays the name of my account as "Mail for
[e-mail]". When the account level is selected, the title
in the thread pane is called "Netscape 6 Mail for Mail for [e-mail]).
This appears very redundant although I understand why its happening.

Here are some other thread pane titles that appear in my profile:

- Netscape 6 Mail for Mail for [e-mail]
- Netscape 6 Mail for [e-mail]
- Netscape 6 Mail for Netscape Webmail
- Netscape 6 Mail for AOL Mail
- Netscape 6 Mail for Local Folders
- Netscape 6 News for news.mozilla.org

Question: How should the thread pane title appear without appearing redundant?

How about:

Account name 

on two separate lines.

We also talked about having it all on one line "Product name - <accountname>", 
since new accounts won't have the "Mail for" anymore.  Either way is fine. :-)

I think "Product name - <accountname>" on single line looks better than 2 line 
representation. We just need to confirm that we are not doing "Mail for " at all
now.

When are getting into the cases of "Mail for [e-mail]" account names....?

When we migrate IMAP accounts from 4.x, we get 'Mail for <email address>'.

Even with that, I still prefer "Product name - <account name>" better than the
2-line header. Here comes the single line patch for that...
