This branch was just setup - was this something we missed in setup, or has something regressed recently?

Pretty sure this is 2.0-only, since 1.0 doesn't support HG links (just bonsai) afaict. Reopen if this is incorrect. hgweb links are point to "hg.m.o/projects/{branch}" by default, unless they are overridden since there's no way to guess what they might be. I'd like to move this mapping out of the code and onto the server, but for now I think this is not unreasonable (tbpl has a similar mapping between tinderbox names and hgweb locations iirc).
