User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:7.0a1) Gecko/20110614 Firefox/7.0a1 Build Identifier: I would like to reactivate my account, registered to the address chris@linux.intel.com. At the same time, if possible, I would also like to have this account moved to a different e-mail address, chrislord.net@gmail.com, as I no longer have access to the former address. Reproducible: Always
Chris: Not sure when your account was last active, but you may have to fill out a new form - http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/ has the link to the form and the instructions on how to get it to Erica.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
The previous account request bug was bug 473532. Form receipt was confirmed there, so shouldn't have to worry about that again. Chris: what level of access do you require? i.e. which repos do you want to push to?
I would eventually like to push to mozilla-central (I'm working on Firefox Mobile now), but if it's quicker to restore my previous access first and re-apply for a level access elevation, I don't mind doing it that way. I will see about getting the two vouchers required for level 3 access in the meantime.
Any word on this? I'd just like my previous account reactivated with its previous access, if that's possible.
I vouch for try access. Lets get him setup asap for that.
L1 access sounds right for equivalent-to-incubator repos.
Summary: Account reactivation for Chris Lord → L1 Hg access for Chris Lord
Over to server-ops for L1 access. Please note the new email address. Chris: When it is time for L3 access please just file a new bug for that.

I've moved the old account into the new gmail one provided, kept your ssh public key and granted L1 access. Let me know if anything else needed.

I tried to push to try, but I got permission denied: remote: Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic). It occurs to me that I may not have used this account in so long that my public key has changed. Will attach my current public key.

Sorry, I take the permissions bit back, that's fine (I had the wrong user setup), but it's still saying my account is inactive?
Try now please.
Thanks very much, worked fine :)
