Users are no longer able to sign up for most of the locale emails- can select link but it does not change the status. Exception: able to sign up to get email when English revisions are approved. This repro's on all locales I tested with. 1) https://support.allizom.org/ar/localization 2) click: 'get emailed when your_locale reviews are waiting', 'get emailed when your_locale revisions are approved', 'get emailed when there is new discussion activity in my locale' expected: status changes to show user is signed up for emails actual: links do not change status

This has decided to spontaneously start working again.
