Details

Clientproxy should use slavealloc and idleizer. That will get us:
 * buildbot-start alerts for tegras
 * master migration for tegras
   * including when a master goes down and the buildslave is disconnected
 * manageability of tegras with the same interface as other slaves
 * ability to disable a tegra without access to the foopy.

I'll be working on this. The big thing to avoid is idleizer rebooting the whole foopy. That would be awkward!
To my understanding, this still isn't a high priority, and I'm waiting for some time that I can concentrate to look into it.
