664701 - Update skin/config files for German Mozilla planet

Attachment: index.html.tmpl

To adapt planet.mozilla.de to our upcoming community site (mozilla.de), we need to update the HTML template and the CSS file.

I'm attaching new files for the CSS and HTML part. Let me know if you'll need a diff.

Note: Some images refer to mozilla.de/img/... Those haven't been uploaded right now, but I think it's enough to have them once over there. 

The config.ini diff just shortens the name of Robert B.'s blog to "Lightning & Sunbird DE", which he requested the other day.

Oops, fist I forgot to look into it, now I see my account has been disabled, filed a bug to get it enabled again and will push as soon as that's done.
