Yes, I've got it just about ready. Have to wrap up the footer and run it through some email client testing. Will be ready in a couple of hours.

Here's the HTML Email implementation of the PSD. A few quick notes:

Links are needed throughout:
 "Read this in your browser"
 "Find out more" button
 "click to Unsubscribe" (in footer)

I think the email might look a bit better if the main blue-striped-background feature image ("Firefox Add-ons Made Easy...") stretched to the full top/left/right edges of the white container - but it's a late for a change like that, so I stuck to the design in the PSD.

Also, I ran the email through the MailChimp inbox inspector and it looks fine in the major email clients.
