Since this bug is closed: Bug 313956 - expand installer .exe contents to make complete mar bhearsum mentioned on #build that we could remove the 'force' lines from our configs which are based on mozilla-5.0+. This would slightly decrease the size of our partial mars.

I think this got fixed about the time of rapid release being set up (we just copied the new FF patcher configs).
