Details

What I need to do to kill the xref-scripts directory:
1. Stop using glimpse (http://vocamus.net/dave/?p=138)
2. Move tokenizers.py away
3. SQL schemas should be per-plugin
4. Move dxr-dehydra stuff to a plugin
5. Figure out new warning-parser strategy
6. dxr_config, template should be modified and handled elsewhere
7. Kill build-xref.sh.
Fixed in dxr-clang branch of my github repo.
