Details

When printing a page with a large table that has either THEAD or TFOOT elements, the THEAD/TFOOT data is not being printed at the TOP/BOTTOM of EACH printed page. It seems like the HTML 4.0 spec specifies that that is exactly what THEAD/TFOOT is for.
