after sudden close it tries to reload all tabs on next internet connection

sudden close of firefox with tabs opened on different sites. next time firefox is loaded it tries to reload all the tabs. again with out permission of user. it does it automatically. the buffer was not cleaned out on boot up of firefox. this needs to be done first.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open several different websites in different tabs. click the x close button. or end task in taskmanager. 
2. reload firefox. then it tries to reload all tabs.
3.

Actual Results:  
then it tries to reload all tabs.

Expected Results:  
not to load anything in tabs untill requested. 

think this might be buffer or clipboard related.
If Firefox crashes or is forced closed the session restore FEATURE kicks in. You can turn off the feature by reading http://kb.mozillazine.org/Session_Restore and modifying the appropriate values
