The property "name" in localepicker.properties is mean to be refer to THIS locale's name. It should NOT be a translation of the word "English". This word will be used with the translated phrase "Continue in" to read (for instance) "Continue in English". In English name=English, but in Spanish it should read something like name=Español?

No bug in lt. I've copied over the L10n comment though: http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/lt/rev/68fee417d95a
