User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:2.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0.1
The hover state sticks after clicking an element (a button), and the cursor stays in a pointer position. This state can be "undone" or "fixed" by clicking on the document outside of the SWF.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a SWF to a page.
2. Create HTML content that floats over the SWF
3. HTML buttons behave poorly
Actual Results:
The first time clicking a button things work. But the second time clicking a button you will notice the hover state of the button does not go away on mouseout.
Expected Results:
For the buttons to act like buttons.
See attached URL. The effect is most prominent on the bright blue button to the right in the video control bar. Different wmodes were tried. This is affected ONLY on FF4.0.1 on a MAc. Works properly on Windows and on older versions of Firefox.
