Details

On bug 661197, Robert added an attachment and I commented on it.

It all sounds good until I realize that no email was sent to him because he did not get CCed when he added an attachment. On another note, I did not get CCed when I made a comment about the attachment (loaded up "Details" page).

See history of the bug to see that I had to manually CC ourselves.
