Robert has been helping for 2 years leading Firefox's translation into Armenian.
He has been a web dev for many years and I would like him to have SVN access so he can have full potential to contribute on any web dev projects.

Marcia, should he follow the procedure described in http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/? It sounds mozilla-central/Mercurial oriented rather than web dev.

I vouch for Robert; do you need more than one vouching if it is SVN access?

I believe he will need a public key for this process; correct?

I also vouch for Robert, he doesn't need an ssh key for svn since localizers use https with LDAP identification. Robert does need to sign the committers agreement and send it to Erica.

SSH key is needed for both HG and SVN repositories. Robert, please attach your public key here.
Also I am unsure what access he needs exactly: SVN or Mercurial? Please give me more details so I know exactly what bits to enable.

Dumitru,  localizers don't need an ssh key to commit to svn (they do for HG), they commit through https with their LDAP credentials and not svn+ssh. This is an account request for SVN, he needs to be added to the localizers group on SVN, you can ask Arzhel for the bits to enable as he often deals with localizers accounts. Thanks.
