steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://builder-addons.allizom.org/library/1004803/latest/
2. Data->Add
3. Add an attachment with name > 300 chs
4. Notice the error message.
observed behavior:
1. All error messages have escaping visible
2. Do not show the HTTP status which is not useful to users.(It alarmed a bunch of people in our crowdsourcing team)
