wiki_helpfulvote has useragents of the people voting so we can segregate out certain user groups.  Can we do the same for questions_questionvote (and less importantly, questions_answervote)?  While we get the useragent data for the original poster, we often don't have it for the voters so we can't tell if more than just users with the exact setup as the OP are affected.
