After upgrading to Firefox Beta 5 onwards, the Sync will only work after restarting or manually forcing it to remerge the data.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Leave browser running
2. Check sync on another PC, no updates with bookmarks etc.
3.

Actual Results:  
No sync after initial Firefox startup or manual re-merge
