visiting http://bugzilla-stage.mozilla.org/ results in:
  Firefox can't find the server at bugzilla-stage.mozilla.org(.

the Location header returned by the GET is:
  Location: https://bugzilla-stage.mozilla.org(/)

Fixed.  You may need to dump your browser cache to see it fixed, the redirect was a 301, which makes it cacheable.
