Details

If you create a test cycle, add some test runs for it, and then go edit that test cycle, you see its list of test runs in the middle of the edit form. The layout's a bit broken; actions are pushed further to the right than they should be. Also, the "status" column here should probably use the same visual styles as statuses in other lists, and the status should be clickable to activate/lock test runs. (This list already has the JS and serverside actions framework enabled on it, so just copy-pasting the relevant status buttons code from the test-runs list template should work here, too).
