When I check for updates to aurora, it says "Updates available at http://nightly.mozilla.org/" even though I'm on the aurora update channel. It should probably direct me to http://aurora.mozilla.org/

I think this only shows up if you have automatic updates disabled. But, yes, it should point elsewhere. Should be as simple as changing browser/branding/aurora/pref/firefox-branding.js to use either that URL or some flavor of http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/channel/.
