myk attempted to have the FLUSH directive implemented into TT, but this didn't happen, see bug 103778. Moreover, myk's patch is for TT 2.07 only, and doesn't work with TT 2.12 and above. As we require TT 2.22, this code can go away.

so it's definitely a no-op.
