Details

The primary URL for a toolbox tool should be unique similarly to the name. This way, you can see if a new tool is already there and you don't have the ambiguity of name "compare talos" vs "compare-talos" vs "Compare Talos", etc. It is just another check against redundancy (and not rigorous, just a check)
