666716 - Download URL for Cm1.0 ML is wrong

For whatever reason, Cm1.0 is in Bouncer without without a language element in its filepath (based on bug 325648, it looks like Sam gave the wrong path, to the root releases/ directory rather than to the en-US/ and all/ ones).

As a consequence, we only have one Bouncer URL for 1.0, and it's English-only.  So the 1.0 ML download page is making people (which hopefully is no-one at this point) download 1.0 English instead.

I don't think it's worth fixing Bouncer, so I plan to just switch to a raw file-path URL on ftp.m.o (or perhaps releases.m.o is better) for 1.0 ML.

Now pointing to http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/camino/releases/Camino-1.0-MultiLang.dmg  (I remember nthomas saying that releases.mo has a lot more mirrors than ftp.mo, so the former seems like a better choice, fwiw.)
