Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit/Prefences/Composer/New Page Settings
2. ("Reader's default colors" should be activated)
3. Click "Use custom colors"
4. Re-Click "Reader's default colors"

Actual Results:  The default colors are not applied to the example at the right
if the dialog is brought up. Only after de- and re-checking "Reader's default
colors", the default colors are actually applied.

Expected Results:  The default colors should be applied to the example when the
dialog get displayed.

The problem also occurs the other way around (with "Use custom colors" checked
before).

if you think this particular bug is *not* a duplicate, please provide a
compelling reason, as well as check a recent *trunk* build (on the appropriate
platform[s]), before reopening.
