667374 - Update Finish locale for SeaMonkey 2.2 [broken on b2] (due to chatzilla)

SeaMonkey 2.2 had a locale signoff for finish for Beta 2, unfortunately the run failed for this locale, and we need an update for Beta 3 (Building on Thur Night the latest)

I would appreciate this being pushed/fixed and a new signoff entered.

Unfortunately the l10n dashboard does not show errors for missed strings in chatzilla

Comparing fi to en-US
Properties in ./chrome/chatzilla.properties don't match:
  In ./en-US: (add these to your localization)
    cmd.goto-startup.label
    cmd.goto-startup.help
    msg.logging.icon.off
    msg.logging.icon.on
  In /e/builds/slave/rel-comm-beta-w32-rpk/build/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/fi/extensions/irc: (remove these from your localization)
    msg.channel.opened
    msg.query.opened
    msg.network.opened


Please also be sure to update locale.version in irc/chrome/chatzilla.properties to 0.9.87 to match the current cZ version.
