The SeaMonkey team is preparing a beta of the next release series, SeaMonkey 2.2b2, and once again, we'd like to have the builds added to bouncer for downloads.

Bouncer monitors locale `tr` which will not be in the final release of this version, I'll fake the info for this so bouncer finds it, like was done for earlier releases.
