Tested on the following builds:
Win32: 2001-01-24-13-MTEST
Mac: 2001-01-24-14-MTEST
Linux: 2001-01-24-13-MTEST
Attached testcase contains a table with a nested ISINDEX element.
Actual results:
Win 32 and Mac: When the page is first loaded, the horizontal lines usually
generated above and below the input box are gone. When text is typed in the
input box, the lines appear. Then, if you try to resize the window to a large
size, the horizontal lines do not fill the space.
Linux: As the user types text in the input box, the right side of the cell
retreats
