This is the placeholder bug for a Q3 project to add a "Thank You" page to the download experience to all locales. The goal is to improve tracking and user experience. This will occur once mozilla.com (with all the europe download pages) has been relaunched as mozilla.org. More to come!
We already have this simple thanks you page for 63 locales from last year, we are just not using it now and since it was done before the last redesign,it probably needs a bit of css and image love; the tracking bug is bug 591217 example: https://www-trunk.stage.mozilla.com/fr/download/?product=firefox-5.0&os=linux&lang=de&nodownload
