Currently when you are editing a field, such as in the Edit Bookmark dialog and rotate your device from portrait to landscape while the dialog is in view, the virtual keyboard will not open in fullscreen mode on the next field tap. 

As a result, the field one is editing is out of view.

See screenshot for the virtual keyboard infront of the field I want to edit.

If you begin your field edit in landscape, it will work as expected and open in fullscreen view.

Working fine here in latest nightly.  Tested on gingerbread phone and honeycomb tablet.

Issue also occurs on beta.  

Preferences widget.ime.android.landscape_fullscreen 1 is being ignored for Samsung Galaxy S II phones.

landscape being full should only be effected on phones.
