If I double-click the sidebar grippy and then try to hit (say) the back button,
the cursor becomes a double-ended arrow as soon as I move it into the top of
browser and refuses to click any button or select any menu item. A single click
on the grippy (and apparently only there) resets the cursor.

Unable to reproduce on Windows 98 with build 2001012708. Single-clicking the
grippy makes it move and so I can't double-click it.
