The Print dialog now says "All 1001 pages" for any page you go to.
Please elaborate, I have not seen this. Do you mean in the first text field, "From" field?

No, the first radio button in "Print range" now says "All 1001 pages". It used to just say "All" (as it does in other win32 apps).
I also have this exact problem. I don't remember if this was in the milestone builds, like 0.7, or not, since I've just started using a nightly. I'm running the Win32 nightly build from Feb 3rd, 2001, Build ID: 2001020320. I'm running Windows 98 SE.
This should be fixed now
