668061 - Marking an add-on as favorite and publishing to a collection takes forever

Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/firefox/i/addon/saveuri/
2. Click on 'Add to Favorites'
3. Try publishing the add-on to a collection by clicking to 'Add to a collection'

observed behavior:
Both actions take forever to complete.
