66815 - history sidebar tree doesn't crop correctly with two or fewer columns, causing horiz scrollbar to appear

If I make only two columns show in the history sidebar (url and title, for 
example), a horizontal scrollbar appears and the columns stop lining up with 
column headers.  Adding a third column usually makes the scrollbar and other 
problems go away.  This *does* happen in the history window if I make the 
history window as narrow as my sidebar.

The horizontal scrollbar suffers from bug 46900: it changes size whenever I 
scroll the tree.

This still happens with LINUX build 2001050808. (Not just Win98)
Steps:
1. Open browser, make sidebar viewable.
2. Click on the history tab.
3. Click on the Column button in the sidebar, to select only "Title" and "Location".
4. Expand any directory in the sidebar tree, so as to view URLs.
You should now see a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom.
Strangely, if you add "Last Visited", "First Visited" or "Hostname", the
scrollbar disappears.

I should add that I've made it such that there is only the "Title" column by
default in the history sidebar.. in that case, I think this is pretty minor, so
I'm futuring this..

either skin.
