668225 - New workflow for joining the contributor's group

When you head to your personal dashboard, if you're in the "Contributors" group which we may need to create, you should see the review dashboard like you do now, if you're _not_ in it, you should see info about how to join it, including a button/link that puts yourself into it.

CCing Kadir and Michael for exactly what copy will go on that page.

Hmmm this seems to be a hard one to write. Here's my first shot:

Hello

We've got this nifty dashboad to help volunteers keep track of contributions such as questions answered, forum discussions and article edits. In order to enable it, just click, Join! 

This will add you to our contributor group and subscribe you to announcements from the Firefox Help team. 

Joining isn't required in order to help other users or to get help for yourself.
