I think the aero glass color in our windows screenshots might have been customized to purple before the shots were taken.

Attachment: How this is customized in windows

Pretty easy to change, just right click on the desktop, select personalize, and then make sure that the window color is set to "sky"

Thanks Alex.  So, I'm unclear as to what you actually need from me here :)  New screenshots to upload to the site?  cc-ing S.O. who usually does the screenshots for us.  Then we'll have to file a website bug to update these.  cc-ing LoFo for that.

Yeah, just retaking the screenshots with a default glass color and uploading them.  Alternatively we could hold off until we also wanted to update all of them with screenshots of a newer version of Firefox, at which point we would just be sure to have the default color.

I vote for that option, though I'm not sure what the timing is around that.  Thoughts? Just rather not update this if it's not a big issue and we're going to have to update it again shortly after.

Hey Steven - Can you guys take a look at this? It's to change the background of the product shots here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/press/media/screenshots/ from a purple background to the default "sky" background. Affects 10 shots total.

Fairly trivial, but we should provide the press with the most accurate and best looking product shots possible.

Yes, good call. I'm not sure what our Fx6 screenshot needs are off the top of my head, but it seems like a good idea to fold this project into that release. Laura F, agreed?

All screenshots in the Media Library are updated to Firefox 6 and with the proper default Aero Glass settings. Alex, please let me know if you notice anything else amiss with the screeshots.
