Steps to reproduce:
I am a network/e-mail assistant working for MSU. In recent attempts to move our users to Thunderbird 5, we are encountering inconsistencies in the outgoing server settings that the Autoconfiguration utility pulls from the ISPDB. I found our record in there, which was submitted on 2010-01-05. It is still listed as pending, so we were hoping to get our result published soon. The file is listed here (everything is correct) but I have also attached an .xml file: http://ispdb.mozillamessaging.com/details/152. The developer page also suggests requesting approval from bwinton, gozer or ben.bucksch.
A more direct URL for our listing is also: http://techbase.msu.edu/article.asp?id=13585
Actual results:
Outgoing server suggested using port 587/STARTTLS.
Expected results:
The correct outgoing server settings for mail.msu.edu are port 465, security type SSL.

We don't host the file at https://live.mozillamessaging.com/autoconfig/v1.1/ so the values that people get are guessed values.
Berger34 you seem to be a staff at msu, could you implement something like https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Thunderbird/Autoconfiguration#Configuration_server_at_ISP whihc is what we recommand to ISPs these days.
