From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20010127
BuildID: 2001012708
When I go to the above URL with the banner ad at the top of the page blocked,
part of my navigation toolbar is displayed over the white rectangle of the
blocked image.
I should note that everything2 uses a dynamically generated front page, but the
bug has occured nearly every time so far. If it does not occur on the first load
after blocking, try again.
Occurs under latest nightly, not under Seamonkey, IE or Netscape 4.7. Have not
tried other browsers or any OS beside Win98 SE.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run latest nightly on Win98 SE with true color and a screen resolution of
1024x768. (Haven't tried any other resolution)
1. Go to the site, and right-click to block their banner ad (centered at the top
of the page) from loading.
2. Enable sidebar and all toolbars aside from form toolbar.
3. Type site back into location bar and hit return.
4. An image of part of the navigation bar will be superimposed on the space
occupied by the blocked banner ad.
Actual Results: Toolbar imposed over blocked image; is only partially removed
by scrolling page down and then back up.
Expected Results: Show a white rectangle with the title of the blocked image,
as Seamonkey does.
I'm sorry for marking this browser-general but I can think of several areas to
which it could apply. Anyone with power is welcome to assign it appropriately.
Also, I am a relative newbie to bug reporting and was not sure whether this
should be 'minor' or 'trivial' - please comment.

I see this sometimes on Win98 with the same build at 800x600. The "toolbar"
covers the lower part of the ad and extends past the border of the ad at the
bottom and right of the ad. Happens with both Classic and Modern. Scrolling
or covering the window fixes the problem for me (note that at least scrolling
didn't completely fix the problem for the original reporter).
Even without blocking the image, a small area near the ad suffers from drawing
problems.
Drawing problem, trying Compositor.

Tried covering with a Windows Calculator window.
As when I tried scrolling, most of the toolbar image was removed, but a tiny
strip was left (noticable because my Windows settings make the toolbar a light
gray).
Resizing the browser window by double-clicking on its title bar completely
solved the problem, and it remained solved when the window was returned to
original size.
If window is non-maximized when page is first loaded, resizing the window by
dragging its frame a fraction of an inch also resolves the problem. Clicking
the frame and releasing it without dragging at all, however, does nothing.

I think I'm also seeing this with build 2001012920 on win95 at http://www.vrt.be
Here, instead of http://www.vrt.be/blanco.htm (a page without anything in the
body) parts of the page and toolbars are displayed.
