ok, after moving the large majority of tests, I have a patch which moves all but 4 tests to mochitest-chrome with the patch from bug 655004.

this patch moves most of the remaining xul test files from widgets to chrome. Please give this a review and ensure that the tests will be valid and useful as mochitest-chrome.
