668517 - Replace "Stay Awake" with something remotely manageable

As it stands now, the last step in imaging a Tegra requires a USB keyboard, and either careful counting of keystrokes, or a monitor.

In order to make the tegras remotely managable, we need to eliminate that step from the imaging process. I spoke to bmoss yesterday, and he believes he can set the same OS flags that the prefs tool sets from our code. The watcher was suggested as the right place, though I don't have a strong opinion on that detail.

Please add programmatic setting of this flag to the software we load on the Tegras.
