seen on stage on 20110630 and production
STR:
1) On client B create a new profile and add a persona (www.getpersonas.com)
2) On client A create a clean profile, then create a new sync account. Sync to cloud, shutdown, restart.
3) Add client B to the new sync account.
Tested results:
The persona on client B is deleted. (note: the browser is skinned with the persona 'til you open a new window or restart)
Expected result:
the persona remains and is synced to client A.

ok, after talking with philikon and doing some very careful testing, I think this is expected behavior.
As filed, the expected results are what happens. I was testing with changes to other prefs; notably enabling sync logging which creates a conflict and since prefs are batched together, one client has to win at setup of another. In my case, client A was always winning.
