In IE8 a) the impala detail page looks terrible b) promo module in the homepage looks really bad. Please fix.

'Download Now' buttons are invisible. We should at least fix that.

https://wiki.mozilla.org/AMO:Developers/FrontEndStandards says we only support the latest version of IE.
