Steps to reproduce:
I haven't touched anything of the setting. I was just surfing the net.
Actual results:
First I had the icon on Firefox 5. After some days the new tap icon changed its place with any notice. First it was right beside the last tap, but now it is at the top right corner.
Expected results:
When I press "Customize" and try to drag the new tap icon, it will move to many places but not to the original position.

Try http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and also select the reset button in the Customize dialog

It worked, even after restarting my PC. Thanks a million.
