Expected results:

Since I upgraded to FF5 I have this strange problem that sometimes fonts are too big throwing whole pages off.

Sometimes the pages renders properly. 

I'm attaching image which shows a page displayed once correctly and once with the wrong font. First it displayed incorrectly, then I restarted Firefox and it suddenly displayed correctly.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

How about with a new, empty profile? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

Are you sure you didn't zoom the page?

I created a new profile and the problem so far did not occur for a few days.
