Steps to reproduce:
firefox.exe -ProfileManager
Actual results:
firefox starts without profile manager, only showing Google News but in the context of default profile
Expected results:
should have invoked profile manager.
Note that invoking firefox like so:
firefox.exe -p
does invoke profile manager, so maybe this is a documentation bug

Where did you find the documentation that says firefox.exe -ProfileManager should work?

Both -P and -ProfileManager are working for me with 3.6 and the latest nightly.
Can you make sure that Firefox is completely closed (no firefox.exe or plugin-container.exe in task manager) and try again.
