Details

We currently keep a default of 10 regular backups of bookmarks, stored as JSON, as protection against dataloss. However, only one backup of session restore data is kept. Losing one's session can be catastrophic when the single backup file is also lost. We should do more to protect from potential dataloss, by keeping more than one regular backup.
How about a differential backup?

Tabs-which-are-open-for-years.js.bak

Probably it will reduce background effort of multiple tab backups to some extend.

Tabs which are very recently opened are backed up as it is now - and would not be VERY important (probability says so - not me!)
