This is for AMO and Builder. We've talked before but in summary: it would be best if IT was managing the Elastic Search boxes for AMO along with all the other infrastructure. This would give us a single point of contact and additional multi-homed reliability. ETA's on this bug would be appreciated since it'll be blocking AMO features.
